It is affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences(MUHS) and recognized by Govt. of India and theNational Medical Commission (NMC) and has an annual intake of 150seats in MBBS.
The first MBBS college building is situated in the outskirts of the city, in Shenda Park.
