The first medical college of Govt of Arunachal Pradesh, the Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences is the part of history of Arunachal Pradesh.
Being the first of its kind state of art 500 bedded hospital, along with most modern equipment, for the investigation and management of the poor patients of Arunachal Pradesh who are spread along so many kms of states.
